Unconfirmed — sent, but the response failed (e.g. a 504 timeout); verify in Boberdoo before re-sending.
Backup used — the Zapier fallback caught it; the lead got through.
Degraded — a data-quality flag (bad province, missing attribution); the lead still delivered.
The action follows the status: Retry shows on Lost rows only; Unconfirmed shows Re-send anyway (verify first); Degraded and Backup used already delivered, so they have no retry (re-posting would double-send).
